Depending on you numbers this will be an example of your day:
Group signed in and welcome/safety speech given.
Teams assigned and named.
When a team finishes an event they will change over with another team, this will continue until all teams have taken part in that day's activities.
The scores from each activity will be logged in the reception area.
We have a short break where light refreshments are served, usually a hot dog and soft drink.
When all events are completed we move to the podium where we have a small prize giving.

We strongly advise you dress for the weather that day, gloves,hats, double socks etc if its a cold one.
